Faulty Products

Faulty or defective products fall under our warranty policy. Please visit the warranty page on our website for the specific supplier or brand in question for detailed information.

Supplier Errors

If there is an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or quantity, we will rectify the mistake promptly. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of your rights to returns, product changes, or any other remedies related to the error.

E-Ride Shop reserves the right to decide the appropriate course of action to rectify the error. This may include, but is not limited to, providing a replacement item, issuing a refund, offering store credit, or processing it under a warranty claim. We hold full rights to determine the most suitable resolution and will communicate with you to assess the specific circumstances of the error. Rest assured, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly while ensuring compliance with our policies and regulations to protect both our customers and our business.


Non-Returnable Items

Except for the reasons mentioned above, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products from this brand/supplier for the following reasons:

  1. Change of mind: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please carefully consider your purchase before placing your order.

  2. Unwanted gifts: Products purchased as gifts that are unwanted by the recipient are non-returnable. We recommend verifying the recipient's preferences before purchasing a gift.

  3. Incorrect orders made by the customer: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their order details before finalising the purchase. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products ordered incorrectly by the customer.

  4. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

  5. For any circumstances beyond supplier errors, unless explicitly outlined in the warranty policy tailored to the supplier or brand: Our return and exchange policy concerning this specific brand is restricted to instances of supplier errors, unless otherwise articulated in the warranty policy pertaining to the particular supplier/brand.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@erideshop.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs or documentation.

  2. Approval: Our team will thoroughly review your request and, if approved, provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with returning the item. It is important to note that if the return of the product is approved, it must be in its original, unopened, and sealed condition, maintaining its original state and integrity. The product must not have been opened, tampered with, or damaged in any way to ensure compliance with our return policy.

  3. Return Shipping: Return the product using the instructions provided. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

  4. Return Shipping Requirements: For return shipping, please ensure that you print the provided return shipping label, securely attach it to the product box/package, and be present at the specified address on the scheduled pickup day when the courier arrives to collect the product. Additionally, we reserve the right to provide additional instructions via email for return shipping, if applicable. It's crucial to adhere to any additional instructions provided, as failure to do so may result in the rejection of the return, exchange, or refund if applicable.


Refund Conditions

For products supplied by this supplier and brand, no refunds are allowed under standard circumstances. A refund may only be issued at the discretion of mutual agreement from both the supplier and E-Ride Shop, based on the specific situation. Approval will be finalised only upon receipt of written confirmation from E-Ride Shop.


Refund or Replacement Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of our decision regarding whether a replacement or refund is viable.

If we determine that a refund is viable:

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after approval. If your refund has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank as processing times can vary. Rejected Refunds:

  • If your return does not meet the criteria for approval, we will promptly notify you of the reasons for rejection and engage in a discussion to explore alternative solutions and determine the next steps moving forward

If we determine a replacement is viable:

  • We'll promptly process your request, considering product availability and shipping logistics.

  • We strive to expedite the process and will keep you informed of any delays.

  • The replacement will be shipped to the original address unless specified otherwise.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for shipments to different addresses.

  • We prioritise timely resolutions while ensuring compliance with our policies and liability considerations.

Rejected Replacement:

  • We will notify you promptly and discuss alternative solutions to address the issue.

  • Our team will work closely with you to explore alternative options and provide assistance as needed.

  • We remain committed to resolving the issue satisfactorily, ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services.


Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to faulty products or supplier errors that E-Ride Shop has approved for a return, we will cover the return shipping costs to and from the same address as the original order.

  • Kindly be advised that additional shipping charges may apply for pick-ups and returns to a different address.
